We currently deliver orders across the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £30.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total and delivery location. Any promotional offers for free or discounted shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gemstoneglamour.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
